I have been a patron of Foxwoods poker room for the past twenty five years with no complaints .I now play at Encore at first because of the location and no two hour drive..Now I realize that Encore has a superior poker room... I never have a problem getting a waitress.. some places the servers are louder and get your attention.. at Encore if you look they are there.. I have been going to Encore since it opened and never had a problem...Poker room management are always available and listen to your complaints.. Encore is a new casino in a city . They are new and have to learn by their mistakes.. The other casinos have many years of experience.. The employees are new and learning and trying their best. In my opinion Encore is a new casino with a comfortable poker room in nice surroundings . Give it a chance.
