I'm having the same issue. Kinda irritating to pay for an app. and it doesn't work properly.

Sometimes the mailbox notification sticks even if there’s no actual message, or it only shows properly on desktop vs mobile. Try logging out/in, clearing cache, or checking from a different device/browser.

Each time I get a notice it increases the mail count, but nothing in mail.
