I don’t know but could it be because of COVID still. My only poker option near me closed the poker room and after a owner change it is still unknown if they will ever reopen it.
I fear that they all decided to give up tournaments. Bay101 did not have tournaments for a long time after it moved. I would have thought that created an opening for M8trix, but they stopped their tournaments at the same time. Eventually both brought them back. But even the Oaks and Lucky Chances have given up on tournaments. Nothing happening in the Bay Area.
I heard they’re coming back. Bay Area was actually one of the better/best places in the country for poker in general, and tournaments specifically, before Covid.
