Does anyone know why there is a business, customer service, or other ration reason to continue to have must move tables and then make them short handed and have tables break.

I understand having a must move game when maybe 1 to 2 run ... but if there are 5-6 tables with 8-9 players each that has to be much better for the casino than 3 - 9 handed tables with a 6 person waiting list?

Can anyone elaborate on how to make a suggestion to the poker room to improve this situation for all involved.
