No one has announced any special series. But the regular tourneys in Vegas are pretty good. Venetian, Wynn, Aria, Bellagio......Binions Saturday if there on the weekend.
Yeah, you're going to have to wait a little while before those schedules come out. If you haven't, you have to play at least once at Aria. It's incredible.
You won't have any problem finding some good tourneys on the strip in May. In fact, you will have more trouble trying to decide WHICH one(s) to play, because there will be so many to choose from. My suggestion is to look here on Poker Atlas in the upcoming tournament schedule for some days this week, and assume that MOST of them will be the same in May. From what I have observed (and I'm a major tourney lurker!), the schedules for daily tourneys in Vegas change less than other cities.
I agree. Look at the schedules from 2013 for a sense of series events that will be back in May if they aren't posted here yet, and look at the daily schedule for a very good idea of what will be happening in May
my 3 fav tourney structures.. Venetian 12K chips $125.( they were putting up a $30k bad beat jackpot out of their own pocket that applied ALSO to tourney play, only place on strip i know of does that )... Aria 10k chips $125 30 min levels.. and Mirage has a Deep Stack , 50K, $125 buy in, blinds start high, but it does last longer than an equivalent 10K chip tourney..
