EXCALIBUR NO LONGER HAS ELECTRONIC POKER TABLES ok.....this was the first time i had ever played poker other than the internet, home games or at a buddy's house and to say i was a little nervous would have been an understatement. i sat down at a $1-$2 no limit game and played for about 4 hours losing about $80.00, not too bad for a beginner. next morning i was pursuaded to play at a $2-$4 limit game. BEGINNERS LISTEN.......this is the game you want, you can play for a long time and never get sucked in to ALL INS or by the local sharks. if you have a plan and stick to it, that plan being to play tight and tight only, i'm not saying you will win big but you will have fun, learn alot and not get taken to the cleaners.
the dealers at excalibur are awesome, although a little mechanical at times, they are always friendly and patient with newbies.
pit bosses are friendly and very accomadating with table changes, ect.
if your new to the game, play here. mandilay bay is full of sharks, newbies stay away. enough said. have fun!
