Hard Rock Afternoon Tourney
If you plan on playing in the Hard Rock tournament, register for a players card if you do not already have one. You can add on 1000 in chips for 5.00 more if you have the card.
I liked the tourney at Hard Rock for a few reasons. First, the poker room is very nice. They did not spare any expense to make it feel like a high caliber poker room. Second, the tournament director was on top of all player moves. Third, and most important...the waitresses at Hard Rock are HOT.
Going back to Vegas next weekend and will be playing at Hard Rock again.

Youe experience was a lot different from mine. I played a Saturday night tourney there a few weeks ago and I thought the managment/tourney directors were the worst I ever seen. And, yeah some of the broads there were hot but I wasn't there for that, I was there for poker. Give me an ugly fat old bag who knows the nuances of the game as the dealer, rather than some of the real nice-looking dealers at Hard Rock who didn't know a damn thing about poker besides the basic rules and dealt the cards and controlled the action with all the personality of one of those machines at Excalibur.
Just my two cents. I just think the poker room is one of the few times that I find myself not interested in the looks of the broads around me.
Vinny must play at the Flamingo quite a bit then. You are a better man than I. Give me the Wynn anyday. Looking at the waitresses helps me remain patient with my cards.

I played the 1pm tourney 3 times the weekend of 4/17.
Loved the room, just wish it had more action.
The tourney had 30 players each time. Play was average. There was a slightly greater than usual 'jackass talking smack' factor here than other places. Kind of a pain to deal with but it is particularly fun to knock those people out.
@Prospere
I can understand that. For me, it is different. And, no I have never played at the Flamingo!
