July 4th trip
I was terribly disappointed with the tourney at the venetian. The structures were so so for noon tourneys but the evening ones were not terrible.
Having played both places, I have to say that I much prefer the Caesars deep stack definitiely even for the evening. When I played at Caesars, I felt like I was in a tourney and not half-baked room like I found at the Venetian. There were more people at venetian but the venetian tables were set up outside of the poker room. Very tight quarters and very uncomfortable. Also very dark and hard to see much anything at venetian. Smoking alot close by also.
But I am getting to the punch.
Since last time I was there about 12 months earlier, things have really changed for the worse for Venetian poker. The dealers are not as friendly and also not very cordial. I guess success have gotten to them. While I was playing in night tourney, I was picked on multiple times by this BITCH local poker player, Verbally harrased by this local BITCH and the dealer called the floor when I retaliterated by talking back to her. This happedned more than one occassions. I will never play the stupid tourney at the venetian again. EVER. I go to Vegas maybe once per year and I really hated way I was treated and for the dealer and floor to side with that BITCH is unexcuasble. They all knew each other. I will take my money which and go some where else. I funneled my hard earned money playing at Venetian and I will not do that at Venetian again.
I am boycotting their tourney from now on. I know people somehow like the venetian better but I much prefer the Caesars facility for the tourney any day.
