Mixed Feelings

The electronic tables were very easy to use. I played at a 2/4 limit table. Most players were friendly except for the usual moron who talks about how he knew what everybody had but hits the rebuy button quite frequently LOL! I think the electronic tables are most useful in tourney's as you can see exactly what's in the pot and everyone's stack size. In ring games I missed the feel of the cards and chips as well as the dealer keeping conversations going. I got the feeling I was playing at the computer, however at least you could still watch people's tells at the table. You can also check your stats as you do online. The room itself is relatively quite, sports book is nearby. Be sure to have plenty of singles on hand to tip the cocktail waitress. Last thing is the illusion of more hands dealt. We averaged 35 hands and hour. Playing with real dealers at the Sahara yield the same results.

There's no way in the world you averaged 35 hands an hour at a live table. Maybe a 2/4limit game, but NL... it's closer to 20-25 hands (max) per hour.

  2. Good TR. Short but good.
