Some dealers struggled to keep things straight. I don't know if this is normal, but employees (dealers, floor) played too.
A note about the tournament...payout is in chips and you have to sit an hour at the cash table after the game. Super important if you think you'll be done with a 12:30 tournament with 10-ish people before like 5 pm. You won't be done even if you're done.
