The "room" is really just a sectioned off alcove on the second floor. I found that the place was extremely loud and it was tough to concentrate at all.
I played here late at night since we were staying here, and the competition was indeed easy. On average, 7-9 players were seeing the flop with a bunch of loose calls. The table featured at least 5 drunk college aged kids who were giving their money away.
Overall, the dealers here were OK -- no big mistakes although they were a little slow. All of the dealers I had were friendly.
The cocktail waitress was both attractive and quick on the night that I was at the IP. No problems in this area
The sign-up booth is in the back of the room and was busy and disorganized. Took awhile to get on a low-limit table, but there were no glaring problems.
Although the jackpots aren't great, the comps are good -- free coffee, sandwiches, cookies for poker players and good comps.
