I play almost exclusively non-hold'em games at the Trop and the level of play varies quite a bit. That said, I'm only decent at most of the games and am consistently profitable.
Dealing the mixed games I play (where the game switches between flop, stud, and draw games) is a tough job and not surprisingly many of the dealers here often make mistakes but most have good personalities and are clearly trying their best (and importantly listen to players when mistakes are pointed out).
Just okay but I'm kind of picky.
All the floors and managers are great (in terms of job performance and personality) with one exception.
Nick and his team are clearly trying to attract local regulars with promotions, free food, etc. and it's working!
