Room is fairly new and pretty nice. The tables and chair were comfortable and overall the room has a nice feel to it.
I can't speak overall, but the Tuesday night spread limit Razz game had several pretty tough regulars. I suspect for the no limit, the rating would be different.
Dealers were friendly and kept the Razz game going well. They were good about being friendly while reminding this live Razz newbie to post his ante.
There was free coffee and I think water in the back of the room and they still got waitresses stopping by pretty regularly.
The floor managers and brush on duty were all friendly and got people seated quickly. While I was sitting there, they had a tourney start which broke the no limit game. The floor tried to indicate how long they expected until the game started up whenever any player came in looking for that game. I also met Nick, the room manager and he was extremely friendly and great to talk to for the few minutes he was in the Razz game.
No idea, didn't ask.
