I heard that Tropicana and Golden Nugget are both live for casino games, but they don't have an online poker rooms yet.

From what I have read, it doesn't sound like the federal government will have much power to turn the lights off for state by state online gaming. I'm hoping they just make it legal federally!

I knew about the casinos but was told from a floor person that Trop was supposed to go live on the 1st of March but that still hasn't happened yet. there was also a lot of chat last night at a local tournament about the Fed making it illegal to have online gambling , let's hope they're wrong. I wonder if the other casinos in Jersey Arent launching their poker sites because of the talk of making online gaming illegal.

@Mr.Papagiorgio Yes I read about some of the federal initiatives which I believe are being spearheaded by Sheldon Adelson. It seems that will be very difficult to pull the plug when so much momentum has already been initiated.
