Aria, Bellagio, Wynn and Red Rock are big ones that come to mind. TI, Quad, MGM are ok too just off the top of my head.

Yeah, I'm just starting out. I'd prefer something low key.
Go to someplace like Golden Nugget or Hard Rock. Games aren't too tough and the crowds are pretty friendly.
If you want a good rookie game, off-strip is Arizona Charlies and SunCoast. They'll be gentle.
The best room is Aria. Bellagio and Wynn are very good too. If you can make it there, you'll make it anywhere.
