Hi all,

We are coming to Vegas end of Feb and staying at the Four Queens. Is there a poker room there? Where is the best place for cash games in Downtown?

    Four Queens does not have a poker room. Golden Nugget and Binions have room. 1/2 and 1/3 uncapped. Plaza has electronic tables.

    I'd stick with Golden Nugget if No Limit is your game

    Pretty much what kansaiupra said; Binions and GN are only two "real" card rooms downtown and are probably comparable in hourly comps (I think they might be identical). From my experience the morning weekday crowd at Binion's is mainly retired locals and aren't shy about throwing chips around chasing a draw. You won't get rich there but you'll finish ahead with sensible play.
    If I'm not mistaken the electronic tables at The Plaza are only used for tourneys; I don't think I've ever seen a cash game played on them. I believe there are late morning, early afternoon and early evening (7-ish?) tournaments there. But this could have changed since I last played there.

    @HorseJeff I should add that the "tournaments" when I played at the Plaza were essentially 4 table S&G's, as that is how many tables they have. Again, just based on my experience of a year ago.
