please explain the 'no verbal action' and how it works at harrahs cherokee
Chips talk. To raise, you have to put your entire raise forward in one motion.
If you want to call but need change, you have to say change before you put your chip forward.
If you want to go all in, you have to ask for the all in chip.
There are no binding verbal actions, which can certainly lead to confusion and angling.
