I've pretty much been a member of them all. My favorites were Bluefire Poker and Deuces Cracked for cash games and Poker X Factor for tourneys.

With that said, nothing improved my game as much as talking hands over with friends and forum members. Posting hands and getting feedback proved invaluable.
