The dealers are quick, friendly, and well-trained. The waitress and service were amazing! The seats/tables are comfortable and beautiful. However, they use a cheap brand of cards that do not bend well. Combined with old shuffle machines, their cards uniquely chip in the top left corner. One could sit there all day and memorize all 52. Might as well use blackjack cards. Every card is unique and independent of one another. They do not care about upholding a fair game and shook me off when I mentioned it. They must be cutting corners to save money. This isn't a hard problem to solve. Upholding a fair game should be the big boss's #1 priority. I'll happily play somewhere else that cares about protecting the players and ensures a fair game.
The tournament section upstairs did not use shuffle machines, and those cards were not chipped. 5 stars for the tournaments without shuffle machines.
