Aesthetically, this is a terrible room. It looks like they had the janitors slap up a temporary cubicle space or something. The tables weren't bad though. All had automatic shufflers, and the felt seemed new/clean. The wood racetrack is annoying at first, but you get used to it. However, the room has this weird, dark lighting - gives it kind of a back alley feel, and not in a good way.
This is definitely the strong point of the room. Only played 2-3 sessions here and there seemed to be a lot of drunks, over-aggros here. I think I only played 5-6 hands total here, felted players on 3 of them (doubled some other guy up on another, but that was due to a colossally putrid play on my part, I don't even want to rehash it.)
Dealers were mainly older guys, kept quiet, kept game moving very well considering the intoxication level in the room, no mistakes.
Similar in age & demeanor to the dealers. Except much slower.
I have no problem with the floor staff, they were very polite & professional and got new players into a game ASAP. However, I think upper management's efforts in regards to the room are noticably lacking.
I gave the floor my card when I sat down, but I never really checked for any comps b/c I didn't play for any great length of time in this room. The do have a money wheel for quads or better, but I'm really not a fan of jackpot drops in general.
