I played here one night.
Room is only open in the evening. Followed advice and signed up on waiting list at noon that day. Needed official ID (passport) to get players card which allowed entering casino. Only two or three games going. Players were pleasant and played well.
Dealers ran game in English.
Tips were infrequent and paltry.
Note: you could not buy chips at the table. You had to either buy chips at the cage or (strangely) at of the blackjack tables.
