They charge the standard membership fee as any other card house in town. 13$ an hour is above the others but every hour you buy 3$ gets added to your account that is eligible for use on food and beverage at the roo pub and angry elephant. Great idea from them. Nicest atmosphere of any card house in San Antonio.
