If I remember correctly, this room is just a temporary one. It does look a little silly being placed in a space where a shopping outlet would be, but it works well. There's usually always at least one $1/$3 game going, and the daily tournaments usually get at least a table or two to fill up. Would be great if more games were offered here, but then, the room just needs a bit more traffic.
What really makes this room great is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and remembers regulars. Shoutout to Jennifer and Abe especially, who are always super kind.
There are also two betting kiosks and plenty of TVs in the room, so that's happy days for football season.
No promos, and most pots get a $6 rake taken out, though it's lowered if the table isn't full. Comp rate is pretty good if you're a regular. Cocktail waitresses come by frequently.
Overall, there's just something quaint about this room. It's somehow more comfortable than some bustling room closer to a main casino floor, but that's probably just some personal preference. If you'd rather have a break from the madness at some place like Horseshoe, then this is the spot.
