Bullet points for simplicity:
- Not enough dealers. Read other post for reasons why but aside from opening day, usually only about 7-9 open tables with a capacity of 21
- Inexperienced dealers. Taking too much rake, unsure how to handle missed blinds, providing wrong change, mishandling action, misdeals. Yes, they're all new and need to learn but if you're not a regular player and don't know how the game works, you're likely to lose $ because of dealer mistakes.
- Drink service is nonexistent. Ordered a hot drink and an hour later the waitress comes back with two trays of cold drinks. Couldn't fit the hot ones. Left the table 45 minutes after that and still didn't have a drink.
- LONG wait lists. They don't text when your seat is ready and they are severely understaffed. At one point over the holiday, 221 people were waiting and only 7 tables open- WTH?
- The desk will color you up (and they ask to because they always need red) but won't cash you out- huh? So I can color up there but have to walk to the cashier?
- The side bet sucks- slows the game and take $ off the table. Read other reviews for a more in depth analysis
- For a new casino, the place is FILTHY. Restrooms not stocked, drink cups and full ashtrays everywhere, new carpet fuzz all around, garbage laying everywhere. It's quite gross
- No promotions yet.
The Good:
- If you can get on a table, action is amazing but a lot of 2/5 or even 5/10 players are at 1/3 because of a lack of seats.
- You can rebuy at the table (take that, Cherokee) allowing for players to not get lost on the way to the cage
- You can eat in the poker room but good luck ordering food and getting it
While it has potential, today it's an epic fail. Management should be embarrassed with how this room is run
