Great place, dealers, managers and people, period. My buddy does the food here and does a fantastic job. I have my own ideas and I will share them with you, why not set this up as a kiosk type environment, like the airport kiosks or the magazine kiosks on the streets of New York. Fresh food delivered everyday set em up in open air containers no need to walk around with food offerings.Make it like a Cumberland or Racetrack. Have people pick what they want and pay a cashier. Candy bars, subs, pita sandwiches etc.......my opinion and my friend may get mad, but guaranteed this is more use friendly.
