Went on a Tuesday night at 9pm. Uber from Porto was €14, pretty reasonable considering the 22km distance to Espinho. There were 2 tables running cashgames at that time, €2/5, €1/2, and they were just about to open a third table with €1/2. Lucky me, I arrived just in time for the last available seat for the new table.
Full ring 9-max, I was the only tourist (Asian) at the table, and the remaining 8 players were all Portuguese. The field consisted of 4 recreational players, 4 local regulars, and i.
Dealer ran at a decent pace, lots of table talk among the players, entirely in Portuguese of course and a few beers among the recreational players.
Mostly bought in for €100-€200 (50-100BB) vs the max €400 buy-in.
Generally soft and passive games, with alot limping, checking and floating.
Overall a good fun night despite being there for just an hour & a half (about 4 orbits), walked away with a slight win and happy memories :)
