This is a very well-managed poker room. It is separate from the rest of the casino, and the dealers are professional and personable, always willing to help. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is excellent.
They host a ton of regular tournaments throughout the week, as well as special seasonal events. Every time I have attended, I have felt very welcomed by both the staff and the clientele. Other poker players have told me that when management receives feedback, action is taken. This is really important in creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
I have played poker at many casinos around Canada. Hands down, this one beats the big casinos in Vancouver and Toronto. 5 stars all around for Chances Casino in Kelowna!
