These Florida card rooms are hit and miss, and this one is a miss. For a small market they do pre-registration all week, which effectively cuts out walk-ins and players traveling through the area. So playing during a week day as a walk-in is virtual impossible. Small markets make this mistake all over the country, if your a 1 to 2 table market during the week rooms should refrain from taking pre-registration days ahead for live games. Rooms in this type of market should also stop taking call-in list. Just politely tell the player you can get on a list as you arrive. For a seasoned player traveling looking for a game and seeing 9 players on a list for a room that may run 2 tables tops, that player is going to bypass that room knowing they are going to wait hours for a seat. Poker room managers need to rethink small markets and policies from making this big mistake.
