Why is the only bigger nlh game that runs these days always marked as private? Does management run the room, or a small group of players that organize these games? Why not open these games to the public? Also, the promos got significantly worse, they stopped running tournaments, and last time I went there was a cap on how many chips could be purchased in the room. Anything over 1k had to be obtained at the cage. Not to mention floor staff have nasty and miserable attitudes. Upper mangement should do something to encourage players to return. It's a shame this nice room is being managed so poorly.
