Room is always freezing even for a poker room. Cold even wearing pants, sweatshirt and coat. Dealers are weak and floor is not authoritative. Have seen too much of "players" messing with dealers with no repercussions. The intentional fake pushing then withdrawing bets. The arguments with dealers on rules they are trying to break. Also have been teasing tournaments with no intention of holding them. Please hire a real manager that knows how floors should be run and how to use tournaments to drive cash games.
