Action is good, staff is friendly, dealers are knowledgeable but due to a lack of dealers or scheduling, it can be difficult to get a seat. Very frustrating to have to wait especially with reg nits going for their promotion hours. With more dealers, this could be the top poker room in Chicagoland, but consistently has less tables going than the competitors. There are some really good promos, but Hollywood just can't get over the hump due to long wait lists. I went recently on a Thursday and was fifth on the list for 1-3. Two hours later I was still 5th on the wait list and went home to watch poker on TV. The buy in of $500 for the 1-3 cash game is great but that's only if you can get to play.
