Was in LA and swung by Hollywood Park since it was near my hotel at the airport. Not sure if I'd go back again or not.
Tourney was pretty good. Nice guarantee and all the dailys have it so they draw a good field. Room is pretty big too. Was impressed.
But then I played cash. Rake is ridiculous. $5 rake if there's betting and $1 per hand. That was annoying.
Wasn't real big on the food. Didn't think it was a good value either.
Floor staff needed to keep things a little more under control. Don't know if it was just an off night but the drinkers were causing some issues.
If they change that rake structure and handle situations faster, I'd go back. Otherwise, I'll take the extra time to go to Bike or Commerce next time out.
