Table service is beyond bad. The three times we have played there we ordered food. The first time we did not get our order for about 40 minutes, the second visit our food took 77 minutes (I used my phone timer.) The last visit we just left and never got our order. This last visit was especially bad because we ordered from their "No Wait Menu" which is mostly cold sandwiches and chips. When I asked the dealer to call the floor for me, he questioned me and stated that my issue did not warrant a supervisor; I ended up going to the podium myself and finding the supervisor on my own. After finding the supervisor, I explained our service issues then and the other visits. He offered no apology or explanation just that he would get it for us. We did not want to wait. This same attitude is inherent in all their employees including the players club and slot attendants. Table games dealers are very nice. Do not waste your money here and risk having a miserable time, there are several other casino options in town that are significantly better at customer service.
