I arrived to play tournament couple of minutes before the 7pm start.
I was immediately snapped at by the manager ITS FULL. Only 33 max ! Really that's odd why 33 I asked , another snap 30 in comp 3 alternate , cash only !
Went to sit on cash but before I did I went back to ask if there is any possibility a seat comes open can I ...... No I told you it's full ! Wow!
I stayed to play cash as I'm in hotel opposite and flying tomorrow. then I was ordered on table no phone or ipad on table or rail and not above table either must be below.
Amazing rudeness and ignorance.
Waitress I had to ask three times for a drink also rude and when I didn't tip she very sarcastically said thank you and I also said you're welcome!
Obviously never coming back !
