I know it is usually quite busy for you guys but their needs to be a way to clean the room and bathrooms at least during the day. I don't know if you have any cleaning staff but it needs to be done. I get that you have told players it's better than it was, but you gotta keep improving. I recently bumped into some regulars and they even said they're tired of the pee smell a lot. I don't know who or if you have a cleaning crew but you do need one. It's just disappointing that players are saying this. I know you will do better but staff as whole, step up. I'm not swearing yelling etc I'm saying hey step up and make it right. One other thing that I have noticed is some tables needs a bit of a wipe or just quick vacuum nothing too major unless it's the older ones then replace felt asap. Again, I don't know if you have a cleaning crew but you need one. @#$% I'd say worse case, have someone in during the free roll to get bathrooms and even the front counter wiped n dusted off then towards the end of the night tournament when it slows down vacuum as much of the floor as possible and then finish once people are cleared out and make sure trash is empty and good for next day. I'm not bashing anyone I'm just saying so better because as players we have a level of expectation
