Rudest staff in all of dfw

I initially played there because of an employee,who since left. I don't think people will necessarily play somewhere because of nice competent staff but they will avoid because some staff is just rude and unwelcoming. One staff member has consistently rude, abrupt and has made poker rulings that are the most punitive of any staff. I won't be back and there are other alternatives to play cards in Dallas
