Had a great experience at TCH Austin and wanted to specifically shout out three standout staff members: Josh, Adam, and Johnathon. All three were fantastic and made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Johnathon in particular went above and beyond. He remembered everyone's names, stayed on top of everything throughout our time there, and delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced. That kind of attention to detail stands out.
The food was excellent, and the room itself is beautiful, making for a great atmosphere overall. The service was a bit slow at times, which was a minor drawback, but nothing that ruined the experience.
My main feedback for improvement would be around the poker side of things. The rake feels a little steep for both the hourly games and tournaments. Those are the main things holding this place back from being a true standout.
Overall, a lovely experience and one I'd absolutely repeat. Will definitely be back!
