Venture capitalists will only listen when their pockets are hurt. Much improved at the Nash. The $hitty progressive poker in the card room is gone, and most of the felts are improved. Still more to go but at least the effort was made.
Bonuses were quietly reduced (eg quads are now 200 instead of 300), and the hourly high hand rewards still need a bit of work.
Some turn over from Gate City to Nash has also come with an improvement to tournament organization.
Dealers are pleasant and friendly. One or two are conspiracy nuts but that brings an element of comedy to a night.
Things are on the right track. Remember, there is a MBA high on their own @#$% who initially designed the poker at the Nash if I was to bet a dollar. Money talks and most of us go to have fun, not get bled dry by a predatory progressive.
