Staff was rude and unprofessional. Asking for anything is like trying to pull teeth from the looks I got. I'm An Asian American and I kept my mouth shut so you can't chalk it up to some kind of racist thing. Atmosphere was not fun at all and I've played internationally and throughout the US. Play is soft at the 50/100 HKD tables. Dealers were consistently slow. Cage staff was incompetent.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
