I called for brush, the floor Arron was about to walk off with my cash I asked him to count it before leaving. He counted out $2100 announced it to the dealer and table and I thought I counted $2000 and wanted to be sure
He brings $1500 back and said he miscounted.
I said that I counted and wasn't sure that it was exactly $2000 which is why I agreed.
I spoke with Steven the owner and he said he would look at the cameras.
Two days later and nothing not even a phone call.
I always play at 101 when I'm in Katy and never expected to be ripped off by the staff. Still waiting to see if Steven ( owner) will do the right thing and pay me back my $500
