The other players are great, and are a reflection of the city of Calgary. No loyalty program and the truck raffle thing was meh alright. Dealers are good for the most part. Food and drink is excellent but the service is nonexistent. Managers are excellent in terms of service, my only complaint is that they don't update the tournament display adequately as the game progresses, you can't rely on it.
