This is my favorite poker room in Shreveport/Bossier. The dealers and floor are knowledgeable and take care of the players quickly and with great attitudes. The cocktail waitresses make plenty of rounds for drinks. The poker room has a bar with snacks and drinks that the staff or waitresses have no problem serving you from. The poker room has plenty of tables (about 15). There are usually at least 3 tables going most of the day on any day of the week, but more on the weekends. 1/3 NLH and PLO are the main games with tournaments throughout the week and on Saturdays. This poker room works to make you feel welcome and quickly learns your name after a few visits. I will also note that they do cater to you better than other poker rooms even on your first visit. Overall this is a solid poker room that earns a 4-chip from me. If you are in the Shreveport/Bossier area this should definitely be your first choice for play. The only downside to this poker room is out of their control. I don't feel as safe in Shreveport as I do in Bossier. Park as close to the casino entrance as possible in the garage and keep your head on a swivel.
