good competition on every level of play. Unfortunately, it's not always busy due to lack of proper marketing by Bestbet corporate. They also need to start rewarding regulars with comps for time. Even something as simple as a bottle of water would be nice. All of the dealers are fantastic and friendly. The food is usually good but it depends who's working the kitchen. The food service is inconsistent. Sometimes orders are taken, but the food or drink never comes. Other times prices charged are inconsistent. But overall, most of the servers are great and friendly. Food service management could do better. Floor Management is very professional and attentive. They know their customers names are friendly and most of all they do not tolerate any troublemakers. The best management staff hands down. The staff here is the most professional of any room around so The room deserves more support attention from corporate. Whomever is doing their marketing needs to be fired. There is no reason to have a Christmas in July or any other promotion and have Orange Park and Saint Augustine compete against each other for a $2000 high hand when you can have a $1000 high hand for each room. Instead of a $300 high hand with all three rooms competing against one another make it $100 for each room. Something simple will drive more people, knowing that the promotion will stay in that room. Ocean importantly, there's always security not security like Daytona Saint Augustine has real security. There's hardly any trouble at this room but the couple of times there has been they jump right in and remove the problem. Bottom line, it's really a great room. It's clean, classy, safe and well run by the local management. It's best corporate that needs to get its act together.
