Been to about 6 different rooms in Florida and this is still my favorite. Dealers are the best out of any room I've seen so far: friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. Good feel to the chips, nice and heavy.
Action definitely varies between days and times of days as well as table. If you want the best action come on Wednesday for all day high hand or on weekends.
Floor is very fair and always explains themselves very well. I haven't seen any crazy or out of line rulings yet. Brush can sometimes be a little annoying if there is no one sitting at front desk since you'll have to flag someone down to get a seat.
Unfortunately, there are some negatives. Preflop rake isn't super rare in the state but it does suck having it here. Tournaments are definitely the weak spot of the room. Extremely quick blinds on most tournaments that are not classified as turbos but have 15 minute blinds and 12! minute blinds on their turbos. Also pretty high rake on the lower buy in tourneys. Off-season is also a bit slow with the lowest number of entries in a tournament I saw being ~20. The room has also been slowly bleeding players which is sad to see due to stagnancy in promotions and game offerings. 1/2 and 2/5 are the only regularly running games with the occasional PLO or Big O. Would love to see a 1/3 or a three blind hold-em game come along. Promotions are also awarded according to the stakes played which is very unusual and frankly insulting considering all stakes pay the same rake. 2/5 is awarded at least double 1/2 for most high hands which sucks if you play 1/2. High hands are also only for 6.5 hours daily, every half hour, and $200/$400 on most days, which is definitely lacking compared to other rooms. Good $500 high hand on Wednesdays though.
Look for action tables, come on Wednesday and weekends and actively transfer to those tables if needed and you'll be okay.
