I was vacationing from out of town for my birthday, and I wanted to play some poker for a few hours on a Friday night. Central Coast Casino definitely gives of "vintage" and "cozy home game" vibes. I really enjoyed the ambiance of this card room. The players were mostly locals. All of the players and staff that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. They had two tables going when I showed up. Both 1/3 NL. I should mention that the 1/3 is "match the biggest stack" not 300 max. The games were honestly pretty soft and played much like a home game, but there was for sure some good competition. I will definitely come back to this card room if I am in the area again. Highly recommend for some good old fashioned Texas Hold em'.
