I am not a floor however I witnessed the hand that Timmy is discussing about. The hand was not ruled as a misdeal, it was ruled fouled. The X player kept the cards from the previously deal and never turned them in. In my thoughts it was fair. What they have failed to tell he was given $300 regardless.
