The previous reviews are all spot on. I waited for over two hours to play and was on the lucky side. I got there around 5:30 and there was a 15 (list grew to over 30 later in the night for just NL) person waiting list when they had 4 of the 8 tables open. They had a ton of dealers standing at empty tables out on the casino floor. When I finally got in the dealers mentioned they didn't really train them but just threw them in and hoped for the best. The dealers where all good but with no shufflers age of the table the pace was miserable.
I sat around 7:30 and left around 1:30. I played with all locals and I don't think anyone really spoke the entire time. Because of this the action was a little tight though I did hear some of the other tables were better. They had 3 games of 1-3NL and a 3-6 Omaha game going. It's was just obvious the casino cares little for the room. You would think something like shufflers would pay for themselves quickly with the increased hand so in turn increases rakes. They left a ton of money on the floor as well keeping that many people on the rails waiting.
Like I said I think I will drive to Tunica or Louisville in the future.
Pros:
The dealers were all really nice and they had the best chairs of any casino I have ever been to. I don't really drink sodas but the fountain right outside the room made for a good excuse to get up and move around. The floor personnel were also very helpful.
