The room is nice, the dealers are good, however the folks who run the room are not up to snuff. The biggest problem is they have enormous waiting lists but takes them FOREVER to fill empty seats. It's 6 handed already and then 5 handed for 15 minutes as players mull around. Also I understand they only have so many dealers but this doesn't happen in other ways rooms. They have 18 tables and despite demand they rarely get the 18th table open until later afternoon on Saturdays when they have wait lists of 40+.
They also comes have shuffler's which slow the game down further. If you want 4 or 5 handed play and 20 hands am hour this is the place. Good promos which...BRING people yet they don't have the dealers or smarts to schedule accordingly.
