Tournaments have decent structures. Dealers are good. Tournament directors don't always take care of business in an accurate and timely fashion. Tables aren't balanced on time. Today we needed a ruling; but no TD answered the dealer's repeated calls when he finally showed up after 5 minutes of tourney clock and we had given up and moved on to next hand, he gave an incorrect ruling according to the latest TDA rules. They fail to keep up with the number of remaining players (throughout the tourney). I'm the first 9 levels the clock doesn't indicate time remaining before break. Lots of other neglect. In short, the management needs to step it up.
