They run a lot of rebuy tournaments. For their unlimited rebuys before the first break, they offer every one a final rebuy regardless of chip stack. However, if you go out on the last hand, you can buy back into the game but that buy-in is also considered you final rebuy. So everyone at the table has a better stack than you.
